Negative: Needs soap in the bathtub/showers Better lighting for the outside with seniors going from the main house to the casita at night.

November 2024 5.00We stayed here for our daughter’s 21st birthday celebration in early November and the seven of us had a wonderful time! Don was great at getting back to me with any questions I had before our arrival, and the property was just beautiful! We loved the secluded backyard which was very spacious and just so pretty and peaceful!! The interior of the home was also very spacious and it has a nice sunk-in living room area which also has a big gas fireplace. We were very happy with our decision to stay at Don’s place for the three nights we were in the Sonoma/Napa area for an extended weekend and we hope to be back in the future!!

October 2024 5.00When I found out my existing reservation had canceled on us (as I boarded the plane to CA), my friends and I immediately found Don’s place and were very grateful he could accommodate us, that day. A beautiful home with a gorgeous outdoor space and fabulous views. We were very comfortable, although we didn’t fully realize the 4th bedroom was separate from the house, attached to the garage. Although it was set up very nicely, we chose not to use it. The big highlight was on our second night, an unfriendly guest had “wiggled” its way into one of the bathrooms. It was not something any of us were prepared to get close enough to in order to gently remove it and return it outside. After a little drama, we left Don 2 messages - one text and one phone call - and within minutes he arrived at the door to assist. Needless to say we were incredibly appreciative of his quick response, his patience and good humor regarding the situation! Highly recommend staying here.
